Revolve brush heads: Space-saving cleaning
Suitable brush heads are now available for the practical, extremely small retractable boat hook from Revolve, see YACHT 14/2022. They are simply attached to the handle in place of the hook head and snap into place with a bayonet catch. The scrubber is available in two different degrees of hardness for plastic and wooden decks. However, as with the compact boat hook (around 120 euros), the prices are set quite high. Each brush head costs around 49 euros.

Digital Yacht Nomad 2: Portable transponder
The Nomad 2 from Digital Yacht is a self-contained, portable AIS transponder that can be used independently of any equipment on board. It is a fully functional Class B device that receives and transmits AIS data. With a Wi-Fi interface, it can be used with iPads, tablets, PCs or Macs and is compatible with many apps. Power is supplied via USB. The Nomad receives AIS signals and positions via a compact GPS-VHF combination antenna, which is included. Price: 1,074 euros.
Harken service kit: Packed suitcase
With the Harken maintenance case, you have everything you need to maintain Harken winches to hand. In addition to winch grease and special oil for the pawls, the set contains a brush and a waterproof notebook. It also contains the usual wear parts such as ten pawls, 20 springs and a repair kit for winch cranks. The service kit is suitable for all radial two-speed winches in sizes 15 to 70.2 as well as the Rewind and Unipower series, the 20 mm Performa winch and the Classic winches B6 to B980. Price: 135 euros.
Lagun table frame: A classic in a new guise
The mobile, customisable table frame from the manufacturer Lagun has been on the market for years and can be installed in almost any cockpit. With a second bracket, the table can also be used in the saloon - a popular solution on small cruisers. The tried and tested aluminium construction is now also available in a black anodised version. The function and features are unchanged. The dark look is elegant, but at around 280 euros, it is significantly more expensive than the silver-coloured version, which costs around 210 euros. A special feature of the Lagun frame: as it does not have a central table leg and can be mounted on a vertical surface at the side, the footwell is not restricted, which is particularly important on smaller yachts. The table can also be easily adjusted in height, swivelled to the side and fixed in any position.
