High collar, good workmanship. The smock for 489 euros as standard or 569 euros as a made-to-measure item
Tired of ill-fitting oilskins? A Berlin company offers the solution: measure it, make it in Germany and it fits

Of course, a trip to Berlin is necessary before the perfect fit can be found. The customer is measured there. Some time later, DaGallo then delivers to the buyer. Of course, there is also a standard collection with the usual sizes (S-XXL), each in a cut for men and women. However, the special feature remains the opportunity to finally sail without a waist that is too wide, a chest that is too tight or sleeves that are too long, including full freedom of movement. It's no wonder that the brand is also becoming more popular in regattas, for example among 2.4 mR sailors or on the "Silva Hispaniola", the reigning European champion of ORCi yachts.

The materials used are high quality: Cordura PTFE 3-layer membranes with a 30,000 water column and RET value (Resistance Evaporation Transmission) for breathability of less than 10 (the lower the better, less than 6 is considered extremely breathable). Naturally, the Ocean garments have the usual features such as fleece collars and pockets, reinforced seat and neoprene cuffs.

The range is divided into a technical and a lifestyle collection, i.e. function and fashion. DaGallo was founded in 2006 and all employees sail themselves. According to the company, the products are subjected to a leak test before delivery and the salt water-resistant yarns used are subjected to a tear test before processing. The aim is to achieve consistently high quality.

The entire collection is available on the Homepage of the company.
