This makes it ideal for small boats or for transporting food to the boat. It hardly takes up any space when not in use. The insulation consists of foam in the walls and lid. Coleman promises that ice will keep for up to 36 hours at outside temperatures of around 32 degrees Celsius. In practice, the cooling capacity depends on factors such as pre-cooling and frequency of opening. The lid has four clips for secure closure.
