iSeaSense: New sensors from Digital Yacht
Digital Yacht has new sensors on offer with iSeaSense. There are two packages, number one offers an echo sounder with depth, speed and water temperature as well as acceleration sensors and GPS. Package two also includes a wind sensor. NMEA 2000 cables are included, but no display. MFDs or a tablet can be used here. Prices from 775 euros.
Nereid 3: Digital switch panel from Simarine
The Nereide 3 from Simarine is a digital switch panel with a large display. Switches can be assigned individually and the name appears next to the switch on the display. A 12-volt unit can be used to connect 31 consumers. However, several units can also be combined. The functions can also be switched remotely via the Sentinel Marine interface.
EcoDeck: Stave deck without teak
EcoDeck offers a deck covering made of plastic, which is said to be particularly suitable as an alternative to teak. The deck is measured and the decking is cut to size on a milling machine. It can then be glued on segment by segment. The material is also said to be suitable for handrails and steps in the pulpit. The Dutch manufacturer now also has a German branch in Kappeln.
