New display from B&G
The new display is designed to intelligently process sailing data and display it appropriately depending on the course and wind

With Nemesis, B&G presents a new multifunctional display that clearly shows boat data such as wind direction, wind force, speed, course and water depth. The device is not a plotter for displaying nautical charts and navigation; the sailing data can be arranged as desired using preset dashboard templates or a drag-and-drop editor. So if you want the speed over ground to be at the bottom right, this can be customised. In addition, the new display should also switch intelligently between preset views, for example when changing course. If the angle of incidence and VMG were displayed particularly prominently on the upwind course, Nemesis should also change the screen layout when dropping onto a rough course and, for example, display the journey through the water and the course larger.

The display should be brighter and particularly easy to read with HD resolution. In addition, this should also be possible with sunglasses with a polarisation filter. The display can be mounted horizontally or vertically and is therefore also suitable as a mast display. The data from the wind sensor, logger and other devices is sent to the device via NMEA2000 or Ethernet. Tank sensors and cameras can also be integrated. The device is operated via touchscreen. Nemesis is also said to be compatible with the Apple Watch.

The Nemesis multifunctional display is available in 9 and 12 inch sizes and is therefore more suitable for large yachts over 40 feet. The smaller Vatiante costs 3503 euros, the 12-inch version 5260 euros including 16 per cent tax.

With the Nemesis Hub, two or more Nemesis displays can be combined. The hub costs 435 euros.
