Induction charger and USB ports for on-board installation now with more charging power

The British company Scanstrut has further developed its charger series. By increasing the power to ten watts, charging processes are now said to be up to 60 per cent faster. The innovation not only relates to the swallow's nest-shaped Cove induction charger, but is also available with the Active, Edge and Nest holders. The Swallow's Nest with wireless charging will be available with LED lighting later this year. The price has not yet been set.

The company also offers the Flip Pro Fast Charge, a charger with USB ports for bulkhead mounting. There are two sockets, one USB-A and one USB-C with 36 watts of charging power. This means that tablets or notebooks can also be charged quickly. The socket is protected against splash water with a flap in accordance with IPX4. A 29 millimetre hole must be drilled into the bulkhead for installation. The box itself measures 30.0 by 37.7 millimetres and costs 59 euros.
