The Elan shipyard in the mountains of Slovenia has already given its 13-metre tourer an extensive overhaul three times. Now, however, it is more than just an update. Apart from the hull, which is now almost 15 years old, pretty much everything on the Impression 45.1 has been redesigned. The deck has been changed and the cockpit lengthened. The stern now slopes vertically rather than at an angle. The interior has also been largely restructured and reorganised.

In the case of the Impression 45.1, relying on the tried and tested does not appear to be a disadvantage. In the YACHT test in the best wind conditions, Elan's new tourer delivers a strong performance certificate. And with the beautifully built interior, the yacht builders in Slovenia once again prove that they are also ahead of the competition in terms of quality.

The test report of the Elan Impression 45.1 can be read in YACHT, issue no. 19/2019. The magazine is available in the DK shop, or you can download the test directly via the link below.
