At just under 14 metres long, the new Ovni 450 is a large ship - and on deck it looks even bigger. The exterior appearance with its grey, angular hull, the equipment carrier with antennas, solar panel and wind generator and the angular metal sprayhood (optional) also give the yacht a striking look that is more suited to an expedition than a short after-work trip.
But even if the Ovni is not intended to go on an expedition, it is still designed for long voyages without mooring in a harbour. Solar and wind energy ensure that the batteries are always full. The energy concept is designed to remain independent of the supply on land.
