The market leader in France is responding to the increasing demand for high-performance, regatta-capable boats with a new performance cruiser for the sporty First range. The consistently weight-reduced design of the First 36 was created by Sam Manuard. The first boat is due to enter the water soon. Arcona 415, from 410,960 euros
The yacht builders in Sweden are giving their Arcona 410 (test in YACHT 20/2011) an update with extensive visual modifications on and below deck. Under the new designation Arcona 415, the beautiful ship will also be equipped with a powerful electric drive from Oceanvolt as standard. Hull length 12.20 m; width 3.90 m; weight 7.8 tonnes; sail area 102.0 m².
Elan E6, from 452,800 euros
The exciting lines were designed by the stylists at the renowned Pininfarina studio. The E6 is the new flagship addition to the sporty programme of the yacht builders in Slovenia. The interior has a conventional layout with three double cabins and two heads compartments. Hull length 14.10 m; width 4.49 m; weight 11.2 tonnes; sail area 122.3 square metres.
Italia 12.98, from 408,200 euros
Like all Italia Yachts models, the new Cossutti design is also available in two versions as a sporty touring boat (Bellissima, photo) or as a regatta-oriented racer (Fuoriserie). The deck layouts of the two versions are very different and are designed for use with small or large crews. Hull length 13.16 m; width 3.95 m; weight 8.5 tonnes; sail area 114.0 m².
JPK 39 FC, from 268,700 euros
The extremely exciting fast cruiser from JPK bridges the gap between tourer and racer with a very unique concept and a special design. Europe's yacht of the year 2022 (see also YACHT 4/2022). Hull length 11.72 m; width 3.98 m; weight 5.5 t; sail area 82.0 square metres.
Neo 515, price: not yet known
The high-tech forge in the south of Italy builds a large Neo 515 entirely from carbon fibre. The deck's negative leap is visually special: without cabin superstructure. Hull length 15.58 m; width 4.92 m; weight 8.95 tonnes; sail area 142.3 square metres.
Shogun 43, from approx. 1.0 million euros
Only the finest: a super-exclusive fast cruiser is now being built at the Rosättra shipyard in Sweden, which can be customised to meet individual customer requirements. Hull length 13.10 m; width 3.70 m; weight 6.3 tonnes; sail area 118.8 square metres.
X 4.3, from 426,615 euros
Modified hull shapes, higher rig, self-tacking jib and visual changes to the interior: X-Yachts has updated the model but retained the type designation. Hull length 12.67 m; width 3.99 m; weight 9.4 tonnes; sail area 99.0 m².
