Compact tourer
Less boat, less effort, less cost. But all the more pleasure from sailing. What does the market currently have to offer in the compact tourer class?

This class is particularly attractive and in demand. Compact cruising boats with a hull length of between nine and ten metres offer the perfect platform for newcomers and those switching from one boat to another. The format is handy and manageable, the width is suitable for harbours. What's more, there is hardly any other segment on the market that is as hotly contested as the small tourers.

In the latest issue, the YACHT editorial team has compiled the latest models from the leading manufacturers in a comprehensive market overview and describes the concepts of the various offerings in a comparable way. These include the following models: Bavaria Easy 9.7, Dufour 310, Hanse 315, Oceanis 30.1, Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 319 and the Sunbeam 30.1. In addition, all competitors are shown in the complete list.

The current market overview in the entry-level class around 30/32 feet hull length is in the new YACHT, issue no. 8/2020. The magazine is now available at newsagents and in the DK shop or can be ordered digitally directly here.
