The stars of the world's largest water sports trade fair are the new products. Once again, special attention is being paid to the segment below twelve metres in length

The industry giant Beneteau sent out a big surprise package shortly before the trade fair. The French company has apparently quietly developed and built a new 30-foot tourer for the popular entry-level class. The newOceanis 30.1 will be on show as a world premiere at boot in Düsseldorf.

The newBente 39 (test in YACHT 25-26/2018). The new flagship from Viko Yachts will be presented as a world premiere in Poland. TheViko S 35will be presented at the trade fair with a truly competitive price of less than 50,000 euros net.

Michael Good lives and works in Switzerland on the shores of Lake Constance.
