The Inception 7x50 C is the first marine binoculars from Noblex and is equipped with a Suunto compass
As the successor to the well-known Docter Optic brand, Noblex offers binoculars for water sports enthusiasts. They are filled with nitrogen and fitted with a compass

For a long time, binoculars from Docter Optic featured in every YACHT binoculars test, but the manufacturer had been quiet for a few years. Since 2018, the brand that once emerged from VEB Carl Zeiss Jena has been called Noblex. The new Inception is the first Noblex binoculars specially developed for use on board. It has the typical broad-shouldered porro prism design and magnifies 7x. The lens diameter is 50 millimetres, which should ensure good visibility in twilight. The light transmission of 92 per cent also contributes to this. The field of view at 1000 metres is 124 metres.

The Inception is equipped with a liquid-damped compass from Suunto and is said to be waterproof to a depth of one metre. The 1.1-kilogram glass also floats. The recommended retail price is 349 euros.
