Bernd Kuchenbeiser from Munich wins competition against eight competitors
With its decision, the main committee of the design competition for Kiel Week 2004 followed the recommendation of the Kiel Cultural Senate and an expert jury.
The concept by Munich designer Bernd Kuchenbeiser (born 1969) convinced the decision-makers.
An almost continuous blue area with a white sail at the bottom left and a striking island of letters and numbers will be the trademark of Kiel Week in a year and a half.
