9th advent calendar door: Durable, waterproof, structural filling and bonding with epoxy adhesive

A two-component thickened epoxy adhesive in a convenient, self-dispensing cartridge. For durable, waterproof, structural filling and bonding. Bonds wood, GRP, metals and masonry. By screwing on the included 600 static mixer, the fully mixed adhesive resin can be dispensed with a standard cartridge gun directly where the adhesive is needed. The working time is 42 minutes at 22°C, is firm after 5-6 hours and takes high loads after 24 hours. Contains 190 ml resin/hardener.

G/flex 655 Epoxy is a reinforced, robust two-component epoxy designed for improved adhesion to metal, plastic, glass, masonry, glass fibre reinforced plastic (GRP) as well as wet wood and difficult-to-bond wood types.
Create structural bonds that absorb the stresses of expansion, shrinkage, impact, shock and vibration. The simple 1:1 mixing ratio by volume (1.2:1 by weight) gives 46 minutes pot life and a working time of up to 75 minutes at room temperature. Achieves initial hardness in 3 to 4 hours and a strong cure in 7 to 10 hours.
655 Epoxy Adhesive is a pre-thickened epoxy resin.

G/flex 655-1 plastic repair kit in small cartridges, 12.5ml resin/12.5ml hardener, is a small syringe pack also suitable for repairing hard plastic.
