Experience maximum independence on board with the FLINrail+ 50W+ solar module for the railing. The lightweight module is easy to attach to the railing and can be continuously orientated towards the sun. It utilises solar energy from both sides and can therefore supply up to 100 % more energy than fixed modules.
The FLINrail+ is the perfect solar solution for retrofitting. The solar module can be easily hooked into the railing without any complicated installation and can be used both at anchor and while sailing. Thanks to its handy dimensions of 610 mm x 560 mm x 20 mm and a weight of 2 kg, which makes it easy to attach to the railing, the FLINrail+ is ideal for yachts and sailing boats. It can be orientated at any angle to the sun to work highly efficiently even when the sun is high in the sky. The FLINrail+ can be quickly and easily hooked into the railing wire. A line runs from each corner and disappears into the frame of the solar module. The loose ends are hooked into the foot railing or the lower railing wire using the carabiners. After alignment, the lines are automatically pulled into the frame of the module and tensioned. The FLINrail+ can be fixed at any angle using the four clamps in the corners. Thanks to the module's bifacial technology, not only the front but also the back is used to generate electricity. This means that you can generate up to 100 % more energy than with a fixed module when optimally aligned.
Depending on individual energy requirements, several FLINrail+ modules can be combined so that the solar system grows flexibly with your requirements - without any major additional effort. The solar cells in our modules are connected redundantly using multi-busbar technology, which reduces the load on the individual conductors and increases efficiency. Embedded in resistant composite layers and protected by a protective ETFE coating, the modules are optimally protected against weather, salt water and mechanical influences. This robust design ensures that you can always rely on your FLIN solar module, even under extreme conditions.
