Bemerkungen
Beneteau Oceanis 45 is a large and wide boat which is perfect for trips with friends and family. Three double cabins, as well as two bathrooms with separate showers in both. One of the heads is electric. From the cockpit, the electric bathing platform is huge, making entering and exiting the boat very easy. The cockpit has a warm/cold water shower.
The boat is docked at Skjæløy Brygge just north of Fredrikstad, Norway. The berth can be used for the summer season of 2023, but it is possible to apply to take over the berth if interesting.
The mainsail is in-mast furling, while the genoa has adjustment tracks. In addition there is a gennaker, a furled code 0, and a anchor sail included. Most of the running rigging was replaced in 2023. The mast is from 2018. The mast was taken down during reparations this winter, and was raised and adjusted by a professional rigger.
This is our first boat, and we have found it more than manageable for a couple with kids and a dog. Our personal speed record is 9,5 knots, without to much stress!
The saloon is spacious with stowage room everywhere. The galley comes with a 2-burner stove and oven, a fridge and a top-loading freezer.
Chartplotters (B&G Zeus 3S) are from 2022. One one each helm station (9"), and one on a swivel in the cockpit table (12"). One of the 9" is replaced under warranty and is brand new. Em-track AIS, new windex, wind speed sensor, VHF antenna and cable replaced in 2022.
We have installed boat monitoring equipment from Sensar Marine, and an additional navigation system (ORCA) for use with ipads/tables and phones. Both are dependent on subscriptions to receive services, but the hardware is installed.
A Victron Multiplus 3000 inverter and a 600AH housebank was installed in 2022. This will provide enough power for days without charging through the engine or shore power. It is also possible to run the water heater on the battery bank. The boat comes with an EFOY 140 methanol charger. Batteries for the bow thruster and starter battery was also replaced in 2022.
A 2,9 meter dinghy from 2022 is included as well as an 6 hp outboard engine. We do not have the history of the latter, but it works.
The boat is prepared for sailing, including polishing of the whole boat, new anti-fouling and anodes. The galley is fully equipped. A portable Weber BBQ is included. There is a selection of security and safety equipment, as well as some tools to get you started. The boat is more or less ready to leave. We have had the boat since June 2020, and professionals has serviced the engine and done the winter-conservation during our ownership.
The sprayhood and the cockpit tent is close to replacement, but still works. The boat comes with a custom-made winter-cover.
We had an unpleasant meeting with an underwater rock in July 2022. The boat has been professionally restored by Slevikkilen båtbyggeri, under the instruction of the insurance company. The insurance company's surveyor stated that the boat is in a better shape than new with respect to the proper lamination of the frame to the hull (rather than the original glue).
Please reach out if you have any questions or wish to take a look at the boat.
Perhaps needless to say, but if you are not qualified to inspect a boat yourself, you should consider bringing professional help. We have nothing to hide, but we are not experts ourselves and might not have the full understanding or overview of every piece of relevant information that might be important to you.
The boat is registered in the Norwegian ship register under number "LG8270".
