The Dehler 34 SV (Simonis Voogd Design) is a successful performance cruiser, meeting the needs of both family and regatta orientated sailors. The light weight and large sail area gives the Dehler 34 SV high performance characteristics. Dehler’s art in combining in appropriate proportion the ambience for cruising or competing is evident in this snug performer. 

This Dehler 34 SV was bought for racing and before it touched the water for the first time, the keel has been adapted by a professional, Mr. Eric van Vuuren from the Netherlands. The keel was made 12 cm longer at the backside, for better upwind performance and he also re-shaped the keel and the rudder for better performance. After 2 years of racing, they changed to family sailing. The yacht is being offered by the first owner.  

This Dehler 34 SV is well maintained, has a modern teak interior with a Wenge floor, grey Alcantara upholstery, approx. 1.90 meter headroom, 2 cabins and 4 - 7 berths. The white hull has just been polished, all old layers of antifouling have been removed from the bottom of the hull in June 2017. The hull has been treaded with 3 layers of epoxy before the yacht touched the water for the first time in 2008 and a new layer of self polishing International Micron antifouling has been applied in June 2017. This Dehler 34 SV has a beautiful decklayout and both the deck and the superstructure are provided with teak. 8 sails : North Sails T-Cut Dacron mainsail (2011), North Sails Dacron T-Cut genoa (2011), Hagoort Sails Maxx Voyager Jib 4 (Heavy - 2011), Hagoort Sails Maxx Voyager mainsail, UK Sails Titanium Carbon/Kevlar Membrane race mainsail, Hagoort Sails Maxx Aramid Jib 1 (Light), UK Sails Titanium Carbon/Kevlar Membrane Race Jib 3 and Hagoort Sails Spinnaker (Light Medium 0.5 - orange) with an aluminium spinnakerpole. A Jeans blue mainsail cover, genoa cover and sprayhood. The yacht is also equipped with a hot water boiler, shower in the bathroom, Webasto heating, fridge, Oppo TV, radio/cd-player with speakers in the saloon and in the cockpit, Matservolt battery charger, Raymarine C90 chart plotter (in the cockpit), Raymarine ST6002 autopilot with a wire less remote control, Icom IC-M411 VHF, Raymarine ST60 Speed, Depht and Windset, 2 blade Flex-O-Fold propeller, approx. 450 engine hours, etc.
