Accommodation

The layout offers seven berths with three double sleeping cabins separate from the main accommodation.  There is full standing headroom and excellent ventilation throughout.  In the forecabin, double berth with stowage under.  Opening hatch to foredeck.  Hanging locker, shelving and general stowage.  En-suite heads compartment with marine toilet and washbasin.  In saloon, there are three opening hatches and three opening portlights.  The dinette is to starboard with galley opposite.  Two burner gimballed gas cooker with oven.  Microwave oven.  Twin stainless steel sinks with hot and cold pressurised water system.  300 litre freshwater capacity in two tanks.  Refrigerator.  Chart table to starboard.  Separate heads compartment opposite with marine toilet, shower and washbasin.  Twin aft cabins with double berths and hanging lockers.  Both cabins have opening hatches and two opening portlights.  Webasto diesel fired hot air central heating.  Radio/CD player.

Mechanical Systems

Located behind the companionway, Volvo D2-55 four cylinder 55hp diesel engine.  Electric start.  Freshwater cooled via heat exchanger.  Sail drive to three bladed propeller.  150 litre fuel capacity giving approximately 250 mile range at 5.5 knot cruising speed.  Maximum speed under power 7.5 knots.  Single lever control.  Lewmar bowthruster.

Construction

Built in 2001 by Bavaria Yachtbau to a design by J&J Design.  White GRP hull with style stripes.  Alloy toe rails.  White GRP superstructure with moulded non-slip to deck.  Fin keel.    Spade hung rudder.  Wheel steering.  Aft self draining cockpit.  Self draining gas bottle stowage.  Self draining anchor stowage.  Teak laid cockpit seats and sole.
